Yolaisy Sanchez, RN, BSN, MSN-FNP
Founder & Clinical Director, BYS ProCare
With over 15 years of progressive clinical and care management experience, Yolaisy Sanchez brings deep expertise across home care, managed long-term care, rehabilitation, and community-based healthcare. She is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse with experience as both a U.S.-based and international nurse, giving her a global, culturally competent perspective on patient care.
Her background includes advanced skilled nursing care such as ventilator and tracheostomy management, enteral feedings, wound care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and comprehensive patient and caregiver education. Yolaisy has also held leadership roles in managed long-term care assessments (UAS-NY), quality oversight, and interdisciplinary care planning, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuity of care.
Yolaisy holds a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and maintains active RN licensure in New Jersey and New York.
She founded BYS ProCare with a clear mission: to deliver compassionate, high-quality, and culturally competent nursing care always by your side.
